Parent Support Circle
South Shore Action For Hope, in partnership with Mossman Play Therapy Center, is thrilled to present the Parent Support Circle event. The serenity of a parent’s heart orchestrates the harmony in a child’s world. This gathering is open to all parents who have ever encountered feelings of overwhelm, uncertainty, guilt, isolation, confusion, fear or sadness throughout their parenting journey. During this workshop, we will delve into both the complexities and the moments of joy in parenthood. Our discussion will center on the significance of self-care and its direct impact on the well-being of our children. Through engaging in experiential exercises such as mandala making, we will explore methods to enhance overall wellness, ensuring that you depart feeling rejuvenated and connected. The evening will end with a relaxing sound bath.
